Its that time of year again. Time to start getting ready for MRCR’s yearly big race. The Motown Showdown 2016!
This will be a one day event. Practice will be Friday May 13th from 11AM-11PM. Race Day will be May 14th Gates will open at 7AM racing will start at 10AM. 3 rounds of qualification followed by single A-mains with 2 bumps from any lower mains. Awards will be given to the top 3 in all A-main classes.

• Mod Truck (Stadium Truck)
• 2wd Novice
• 4wd Novice
• eBuggy Lite

Entry Fees

• $30 – First Class
• $20 – Second Class
• $10 – Third Class and more

Novice

• Novice: $25 per driver
• **Novice drivers are only allowed to run one class**

Race Format

• 3 Rounds of 6 minute qualifications
• Single A-Mains with 2 bumps from lower mains
• 8 minute A-mains and 7 minute lower mains

Signup

Signups can be made at the track anytime including all the way up to the day of the event. Early signups get a $10 discount off the event T-shirt. Event shirts cost $15 the day of the event, signup early get $10 off! The early signup discount ends Friday April 22nd. Signups can also be done online by emailing us at inquiry@modestorc.com with the following information.

1. Driver name
2. Classes being raced
3. Drivers ROAR expiration date.
4. If you would like an event shirt and your shirt size.
5. Your PayPal email address

We will then send you a PayPal request for the entry fees. If you elect to buy a shirt we will have it available to pick up at the track the day of the event.
