Good turnout for first Sunday race.

Sunday September 28th, MRCR tried out a new Sunday race program for the first time and the turnout was pretty good. we ended up having 29 entries. The weather was overcast with some light sprinkles latter in the day. This made for some very good track conditions. The temps were low and no sun beating on the clay dirt made the track hold moisture very well for some great traction throughout the day. We would like to thank the handful of people that did minor repairs to the track throughout the day, this is very helpful for us and all the racers. Also thanks to all the racers that came out to enjoy our first Sunday race. You all made it a success and we will be doing more of this in the very near future. Results for this race will be posted soon.

Our next race is a Saturday club race which will be on October 4th, 2014. Gates open at 3PM and racing is at 5PM.

Also, don’t forget, our first annual Hotdog Classic is only two weeks away on October 11th, 2014. Mark your calendar or subscribe to ours.
