Interesting find Roy. If nothing else you at least found an inexpensive way to see if you like the 25 degree blocks before spending the money on the aluminum ones. Let us know how you like it.

Not sure how to install the Anza caster blocks. They do not have the whole at the top to attach the camber turnbuckle. Will need to look at John's to see how it attaches. http://www.anzarc.com/product-p/anza3632.htmThe bandit does not use hexs on the front wheels, but I am thinking that slash axles and hexes will fit. Edit: just found this on how the Anza attaches. Cannot seem to link. Click on the Click here to Download ANZA3632 Instructions from other link.

Just finished installing the bandit caster blocks. A few more problems then I thought there would be. The bandit does not use hexs or bearings in the front. Used slash steering blocks and they fit right in. Then used the slash axles, bearings and hexs. The hinge pin hole on the bandit is larger then the the slash hinge pins. Tried to use the slash hunge pins and there was way to much slop. Drilled out the hinge pin holes in a old set of stock suspension arms. Used a 3mm screw and a locking nut and it fit perfectly. Luckily had all the parts I needed laying around. Took it out in the orchard and the steering seems to be better, but it is hard to tell on the sand with no traction. If I get a chance will take it by funworks tomorrow and try it out.

Going to the track tomorrow to try it out. Hope these don't mess up the handling. The kingpin on these is a pin with clips on the ends, not the normal Traxxas kingpins. It looks to me that you could drill out the hole enough for a 3mm screw. Then you could cut off the top flange and secure the turnbuckle like the Anza one. If the conversion helps the steering without goofing up the handling will try that next.

Went to funworks today to give it a try. As inconsistent as I am it is hard to gauge the steering. But there were times that I thought there was an improvement. That was mainly when I didn't go into the corner to hot. The handling did not seem to be effected. Over the quad I was smoother then I ever have been before. That was something that I did not expect, but was a nice surprise.

Pro-line is going Slash crazy. Looks like they might be releasing their very own LCG full plastic chassis for the 2wd Slash. Been kinda wishing for this from someone for awhile. Well if Traxxas int smart enough to take advantage of this, might as well be Pro-Line. Heck Pro-Line has almost built there own SCT now with the pro-track kit, performance steering rack, performance transmission and now a LCG chassis. http://www.prolineracing.com/blog/sneak-peek-another-new-accessory-coming-for-the-slash-2wd/#.T_4QJ5MHf8Y.facebook Hmmm wonder what its going to cost? Hmmm actually I see some aluminum in there. I see a new top plate and maybe a rear bulk head. Is that the Anza chassis. I see nurf bars too.

They sure like to tease you with those photos. Not quite enough to give you a good idea about it. Looks like I will be keeping an eye on this, Been looking for a new project. Lets see Pro-Line chassis, transmission, protrac kit, shocks, tires and wheels. They about have everything covered but the electronics.

In addition to the new chassis it looks like they might have created new body mounts and posts that appear to have some kind of screw on cap instead of a body pin?

Those body caps look nice, but something else to lose. Wonder what the weight is compared to the stock chassis, looks like it might be heavy. Those nerf bars look like something that will break. Not sold on this chassis.
