You know the guy that beat you at the last race? It was not because of his car, or motor, or battery, it is because he was a better driver.

The new batteries are in the car. The batteries seem to make a big difference in the handling of the car. Old ones wieghed 3 oz more then the new ones. Will be running over to track one day this week to see what the difference will be.

Lately it seems like HobbyPartz is out of stock on there ROAR approved batteries.  Does this happen often?

I dont really know what is and how they operate thier inventory. I do understand it does take a while for them to get in and it can be frusturating. It is while worth the wait as they are the cheapest on the market battery wise and great batteries!

@Johnny- I am pretty sure they have a new 65c 5000 in the works.  Grin

Question about the batteries. What is the difference between the direct version and the others?
I guess the direct batteries have the wires hardwired into them and the ones not marked direct have plugs in the battery.
