Is there a roar approved chassis list, like the motor list? Went through the rules and found min. weight, but not max. weight. Is anything allowed in 2wd sct, as far as chassis,  as long as its measurements are correct and it does not go under min. weight?

There is no "approved chassis" list that I'm aware of. Basically if it fits within the specs they layout for each class you can have your own "homemade" chassis out on the track.

As far as ROAR is concerned, the only thing that really matters as far as that goes is wheelbase and width.
