RC Nights Round 3 results
Another great turnout for round 3 of RC nights with 63 entries and some awesome racing in all classes as usual. The heat was up early in the evening, but around 6:30pm a large, dark cloud drifted over Modesto and the temps dropped, but the humidity went up. We even had a very lite sprinkling of rain! The cloud shaded the track and made for some good traction for round one and the start of round two and the track held water much better. Late evening came and a light breeze came up and humidity went down and temps really dropped which made great conditions for the coming mains. Once again big turnouts in Novice and 4wd SCT resulting in A and B mains for both. Very good to see this in in any class but especially Novice. We all enjoy seeing the new blood come up through the ranks and watch the development of the future of our hobby.
